Programs for Schools

Every KGS program starts in the same place: who she is, as she defines it, not as the world has told her to be. Confidence, community, and rest all grow from that foundation.

Confidence to Success

Build her confidence from the inside out

Our flagship Confidence to Success program gives girls of color in grades 6–12 the tools to develop a strong identity, lead with authenticity, and navigate challenges with resilience. Delivered in cohorts directly inside partner schools, every session is designed to meet her where she is and help her grow into who she is meant to be.

Teach her to own her greatness

The IAmMagical Workshop challenges girls to recognize, celebrate, and speak about their own accomplishments, out loud and without apology. Based on the evidence-based Google program, this single-session workshop creates a lasting shift in how girls see themselves and what they believe they are capable of.

Prepare her for what comes next

The KGS Summer Bridge program helps girls of color navigate key academic transitions with confidence and community. Whether she is stepping into middle school, high school, or beyond, Summer Bridge equips her with the identity foundation, peer relationships, and resilience tools she needs to walk through that next door ready.
