Programs for Women

Every KGS program starts in the same place: who she is, as she defines it, not as the world has told her to be. Confidence, community, and rest all grow from that foundation.

Own who you are. Say it out loud.

Based on Google's global IAmRemarkable initiative, this workshop helps women of color reconnect with their own definition of who they are, separate from what the world has told them to be, and speak that identity out loud, without apology. In a single session, you build the self-advocacy skills to be seen and valued on your own terms, at work, in your community, and everywhere in between. Leadership isn't the goal here. It's what happens naturally when a woman knows exactly who she is.

Rest is Leadership Retreat

You are not your output.

The Rest is Leadership Retreat creates space for women of color to step out of the roles the world assigns them and reconnect with who they are underneath all of it. This is identity work disguised as rest: reflection, community, and restoration that reminds you your worth was never up for negotiation. Because a woman who knows her own value leads differently, and rests without guilt.

Virtual Programs

Same identity work. Wherever you are.

Distance should never be a barrier to knowing who you are. KGS Virtual Programs bring the same identity-centered work into a flexible online format, so you can do this work in real community, even through a screen.
